The fiber optic fibers are weaved into the fabric. It is very durable and bright
Must be hand washed only (may not be machine washed, folded, dried in a dryer or ironed. Hang dry only

You can dim it as well if you don't want it as bright or turn it off
Color of the fabric when off can either be white or black
