How Acrylic LED Signs Work

1. LED Strip Lighting

LED strips illuminate your logo/design. Shown here from the top down, or can be pointed bottom-up, or from either side. Choice of single LED color or multiple RGB LED color settings.

2. Plug Adaptor

Adaptor connects to LED strip lighting and plugs into outlet, with On/Off switch. Optional 15-color LED remote to operate RGB sign. Smaller signs may use batteries (USB or AA).

3. Laser Engraved Logo

Your logo/design is laser engraved onto clear acrylic, & the LED lights illuminate through backlighting. Print looks white when turned off.

Acrylic LED Sign FAQ’s

Is there a minimum order quantity for custom?

No! You can order as little as one custom acrylic sign. Though the more you order the lower the unit price per sign is.

What is your turnaround time?

Production takes about 2-3 weeks plus time to ship (typically a week for shipping). If you are ordering larger quantities than production times may extend. Ask to see if we can expedite an order – certain times like around the holidays may not be possible to do so.

How do LED signs light up?

The signs use a standard AC plug or DC battery pack to illuminate your design. When you customize an acrylic LED sign you decide if you want it to light up a single LED color (red, blue, green, yellow, white, pink) or if you prefer it to light up with color changing options. The RGB color-changing signs allow you to pick through 15 different LED colors as well as automated animations.

How do I hang the sign?

When you customize your LED acrylic sign you choose whether you want to hang the sign with a metal chain, wall mount the sign, or if you want it to sit freely on a table-top stand. All mounting hardware is included.

What are the artwork requirements?

We can use any high resolution file such as .JPG, .GIF, .TIFF, .PNG, .PSD, .AI, etc. The bigger the image, the better. Your design is laser engraved and will look like white print on clear acrylic when turned off. When turned on your design will fully illuminate in your LED color choice. Before you place the order our design team will create a free animated mock up to show how your design will look.
