Put your company or event's name in lights with custom light up hats. Your design is printed onto a silicone badge attached to the hat. The brim and the logo design both illuminate through fiber optic LEDs connected to one small hidden battery pack. Easily press the button battery to turn on the hat and cycle through different light settings.

How LED Hats Work
1. Logo Badge
Your design is printed onto a silicone badge attached to the front of the hat. The light at the top of the badge illuminates your logo. Choose from solid LED colors or a color-changing animation.
2. Hidden Battery Pack
The battery pack is hidden within a pocket inside the hat. Use the easy push button to turn the hat on/off and to switch between three light modes. Powered by 2 CR2032 batteries (replaceable).
3. Light Up Brim
Fiber optic cables light up the brim on LED hats through the same control as the logo badge. Choose whether the LEDs on the brim will match with the silicone badge or illuminate another color.

The size of the logo patch is a 2″ x 2″ circle. Your logo must fit within those dimensions. When we design your free mock up our designers may recommend artwork changes to help make your logo more visible.
Yes, you are able to see your hat design during the day and when the hat is off. Your logo is printed onto a silicone badge that illuminates fully when turned on. Depending on the sun’s brightness you may have difficulty seeing the lights glow during daytime hours. The LED effects work best in darker settings.
Yes! You can choose different LED colors for the logo and the brim. We recommend using a white LED for the logo, as it best highlights the full color of your printed design. The brim can be set to a different color or even a color-changing mode for extra visual impact.
Absolutely. We offer options with no logo, where only the brim illuminates. For large quantity orders, we can also provide hats with a screen-printed or embroidered logo that does not light up, allowing for a more traditional branding look with the same fun lighting feature.
There are three built-in light settings: Solid On, Fast Blink, and Slow Blink—perfect for matching the mood of your event.
Yes, each hat features an adjustable Velcro closure to fit most adult head sizes comfortably.
